The Kali Linux course prepares students to conduct OSINT investigations using a Debian-based Linux distribution. We train on both Kali and Ubuntu to highlight the utility of many of Kali’s built-in investigation tools. This is also an excellent way to introduce students to the Linux operating system, as we cover all the basics of Linux command line usage, including permission management and shell scripting to automate routine tasks. Students will earn how to locate and install additional tools from internet repositories including PyPi, Github, and Gitlab. They will also learn how to read script files and customize their tool installation to their needs or troubleshoot a malfunctioning installation. Students will also learn how to install containerized software such as Snaps, Flatpaks, and Docker containers.

Safe Traveler™ training modules teach students to take proactive steps against adversarial threats by learning how to secure personal devices across physical, digital, and network data environments.

CSR program and Advanced CSR focus on delivering Digital Data Protection techniques for operating safely within the dynamic Information Environment. CSR courses are offered on a case by case basis throughout the year, and can be custom tailored to your individual, organization, or operational requirements.
